For you to start earning money online, you must at least need to verify your Paypal, Alertpay and Solidtrustpay account so you would be eligible to get paid by all money-making programs that pay through Paypal, Alertpay or Solidtrustpay.
However, to verify them you either need a credit card or a debit card.
I highly recommend you get a Smartmoney Card and EON Card you can use it for verifying and for withdrawals. (this cards are For Pinoys like me)
Getting your SmartMoney Card is very easy and since you won't have to worry about submitting any financial documents like or annual fees, unlike when you apply for credit card.
NOTE: Smartmoney CANNOT be used to withdraw your Paypal or Alertpay funds that's why I recommend you get EON Card.

This is only open to Smart subscribers, obviously. First of all, make sure you check with Smart helpdesk/customer service if your Smart Sim is can be used for SmartMoney. You may upline online or go to the nearest Smart Wireless Center.
